Terms of use.
Draft for review · Not yet effective. These terms need the final contact address, eligibility rules, and legal review before public use.
Moments is operated by Transakt LLC. These draft terms describe the intended ground rules for using the app. Contact: [EMAIL].
Your account
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or access someone else's account. Minimum-age and parental-consent requirements will be specified before these terms take effect.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide Moments and carry out your sharing choices. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos or other work to us.
Respect other people
Do not use Moments for unlawful content, harassment, threats, exploitation, infringement of intellectual property, or violations of another person's privacy. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or misuse other people's information. Report concerns through Support.
Moments Plus
Plus is an optional subscription. Available features, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Apple handles purchases made through the App Store. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Apple account settings; deleting Moments does not cancel them. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law.
Availability and your memories
Features may change as Moments develops. Keep your own copies of irreplaceable photos and videos. Any final limitations of liability must preserve rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Leaving Moments
You can request account deletion in the app. The privacy policy will explain how account and content deletion are handled. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens the service or other people.
Before these terms take effect
Finalize eligibility, content moderation and appeals, termination notices, regional consumer rights, dispute provisions, and the scope and duration of the content license with appropriate legal advice. This draft does not certify compliance.
