Information you provide
We process account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in information; Profile details such as your username, photo, banner, and bio; and the photos, videos, captions, text, and photobook layouts you choose to upload. We also process follows, comments, likes, privacy choices, and support messages.
Information used to run the app
Authentication records can include your IP address, device or browser information, and session identifiers. If you enable notifications, we process a device push token and your notification preferences. Subscription services process purchase and entitlement information so Moments can determine whether you have Plus access.
Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, store and display your content, apply your visibility choices, support interactions you request, deliver enabled notifications, manage subscription access, respond to support requests, and protect the service against misuse.
What other people can see
Public Profiles and their displayed content can be visible to other people. Private Profile media is available to the owner and accepted followers. Profile appearance information, including banners, may remain public even when the media collection is private. Archiving hides media from other viewers; it is not the same as deleting it. People who can view your content may save or screenshot it.
Service providers
Moments uses Cloudflare for infrastructure and media storage, Apple for supported sign-in and App Store purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Expo's push notification service for notifications. These services process information needed to perform their roles. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Your controls
You can edit your Profile, change visibility, manage followers, and manage your content in the app. Camera, microphone, photo-library, and notification permissions can be changed in your device settings. Account deletion is available in Moments settings. For access, correction, or other privacy requests, contact [EMAIL]. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Retention and deletion
